Overall Store/Purchasing Policies:

  • By Purchasing from Jesse Pak Art's Online store, you have agreed to the following terms:

  • No Refunds or Returns are allowed after purchase.

  • Exchanges and Replacements are only available if product has been damaged during shipping.

  • All damaged or destroyed items through shipping can only be exchanged or replaced within the first 15 days after purchase. Please send a picture of your product with proof of purchase and state the damages through the email above.

  • All replacements will be sent through USPS and should arrive within 5-10 business days.

  • Replacements/Exchanges can only be a print at equal cost and size or lower.

  • Personal Pick-up and drop off is available with email order. (Drop off may have fee)

Print Customization Policies:

  • All Custom Print Size and Media orders must be proccessed through email

  • Custom Media and Size cost will vary depending on order

  • Absolutely no returns or exchanges on any Custom Orders once proccessed.

  • Custom Sizing includes a seperate shipping and handling fee depending on size and finish of the order

  • All policies above will abide to the Customization policies as well.

  • Customization only adhere's to what is available (Make sure to ask)
